The professional coach training workshop is a 6 days classroom training program contains 4 modules towards ICF coach certification. This course is for aspiring life, career, executive and business coaches. You will learn our proprietary transformation coaching model. After attending the workshop you will be able to effectively apply the learning of coaching skills to your coaching or current profession. 
Coach Transformation Academy believes coaching is ongoing learning and requires practice and research hence our program is designed to ensure maximum learning with the right pace. Therefore the program is split into two phases, first, face to face workshop of 6 days completing 48 hours towards ICF coaching and the remaining 12 hours are completed through post-workshop learning.  This is designed to ensure you learn the coaching skills in such a way that you have enough time to learn and practice and get opportunities to clear your doubts in the next scheduled session with your faculty. 
You will undergo 10 sessions of 1 hour each for reflective learning, reviewing recorded coaching sessions and online practice with pear coaches and to learn how to set up a successful coaching business. 
These sessions will be conducted in 3 months after you complete the workshop. 
To ensure you have learned and you are able to translate learning into practice this course will have three assignments. They are:
First Assignment - 4 hours of self-study by reading a book and writing its review.
Second Assignment – research paperwork based on ICF coaching competencies.
Note: Above 2 assignments need to be completed after the workshop
Third Assignment – 5 hours of coaching business setup assignment needs to be completed at the end of the training. 
CTA supports coaches to setup their business right after the certification. CTA coach training program includes Coaching Business Builder Module which is covered in 5 hours of online learning to understand how to setup a successful coaching business in the area of your coaching specialization for example life coaching, career coaching, executive coaching and business coaching. 
After completion of online learning you will be required to work on the assignment of 5 hours which contains learning and assignments on implementation of business. This assignment gives coaches a direction which leads them towards setting up a successful coaching business.
ICF requires coaches to undergo 10 hours of mentor coaching out of which 7 hours of group coaching and 3 hours of one to one coaching by an ICF certified mentor coach.
